House prices stopped falling, says ŠÚ

House prices fell for the second consecutive quarter under an annual comparison, down 3.8% in the third quarter. However, they rose by 0.8% compared to 2Q, reported the statistics office ŠÚ, based on real estate cadaster transaction data. Existing properties were 4.6% cheaper, and new apartments and houses became 4.3% cheaper. (sme.sk)

NBS data monitoring ads showed a 2.3% quarterly price drop in 3Q, while the prices were down 10.1% annually.
