Heneken acquired production facility in South Africa called GfE MIR

Heneken (Michal Hudoba) acquired from a Swiss partner a production facility in South Africa called GfE MIR with 250 employees and annual sales of €40m. Heneken started as a metals trader and is gradually adding production facilities. This year it has already launched a new aluminum plant in Izmir, Turkey. It has three production plants in Slovakia. Last year, it posted sales of €530m.
