Fusakle in trouble

Socks retailer Fusakle (Andrej Bartalos) warns of existential problems. Last year it posted a 49% drop in net profit to €0.7m and its sales rose 13% to €9.1m. It is using social networks to calling on customers to save the company, which is suffering amid the pandemic, the Russian invasion and the increase in prices of energy and materials. It emphasizes that its socks are being made in Slovakia.

Other Slovak sock retailer, Dedoles (Jaroslav Chrapko), has launched a debt restructuring a month ago.
