French fund Mirova is investing €50m in GreenWay

French fund Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers with €28bn under management, announced a €50m investment in GreenWay, which operates charging stations in Poland and Slovakia. It becomes the largest shareholder in GreenWay, which was founded by Peter Badík and whose shareholders also include Janom Investment, Generation Capital, Helios Energy Investment Funds and Neulogy Ventures. The new investor will support plans to expand the charging network in the CEE region.
