Eset helps protect Ukraine

Ukraine thanked Slovak IT firm Eset, as well as Microsoft, for helping to avert a cyber attack by Russian military hackers on Ukraine's energy grid. They helped to discover malicious software that was to destroy data on servers. Russia already successfully attacked Ukraine's power grid twice in 2015-16, but since then Ukraine has massively improved its cyber protection.
