Enterprise Investors exits unpromising investment in FinGO
Lukáš Novák, the founder of financial broker FinGO, is buying out the investment group Enterprise Investors, which acquired a 41% stake two years ago for €19m. Rising interest rates and a drop in the mortgage market made financial brokers a much less promising investment target. Czech FinGO has been active in Slovakia since 2018. Last year, it doubled its net profit to €2.9m here and its sales grew 17% to €21.2m.
