Enery expands in Slovakia

Austria-based renewable power producer Enery acquired a portfolio of 32 solar farms with a combined installed capacity of 34.6 MW across Slovakia from UK-based ContourGlobal (51%) and Swiss Energy Infrastructure Partners. The acquisition expands Enery’s local footprint, which includes three solar farms totaling 10 MW and a 600 MW development pipeline. (renewablesnow.com)
