Dr. Max keeps expanding in Italy

Pharmacy chain Dr. Max (Penta) is acquiring Italian chain Neo Apotek for €400m. Dr. Max already has 3,000 pharmacies in Europe, including 210 in Italy. After the recent acquisition of 35 Apotheke outlets, it now has 400 pharmacies in Slovakia.
