Developers cutting prices of new apartments

Two large developers have responded to collapsing sales of new apartments by cutting their list prices; previously they have been offering free amenities or parking. Developer ITB cut prices in its Čerešne project by 14% under an annual comparison, or €66,000. Developer Lucron cut prices in the Nesto project by 20% (€68,000) and in Vydrica by 6% (€50,000).
