Czech ZFP to acquire Bory Mall

The new owner of the Bory Mall shopping center in Bratislava is Czech investment group ZFP. Its owners, the Poliak couple, made their fortune in financial intermediation. In Slovakia, they already own Forum Poprad shopping center and Landererova 19 and Blumental office centers in Bratislava. The 54,000 sqm mall is being sold by Penta, which built it for €150m and opened it in 2014. The price was reportedly slightly lower than the €450m paid for another shopping center, Aupark Bratislava.
