Czech RIQ Investments is a new shareholder of Bukóza
Czech group RIQ Investments (Roman Staněk) is a new shareholder of Bukóza (Ján Ďurian). Bukóza owes taxes and levies and has not paid wages for several months. The new investor has not disclosed what stake it will acquire in Bukóza. The new owner will also cover a €20m fine Bukóza received for not purchasing the necessary emission quotas in recent years.
Ďurian sold its pulp and paper group, with annual sales of €90m, to Arca in 2020, but the sale fell through due to Arca's problems.
