Courts improve political culture

The Regional Court in Bratislava confirmed, with no option of appeal, that Smer MP Ľuboš Blaha is illegally interfering with the rights of President Zuzana Čaputová. He is obliged to refrain from further verbal attacks and the spreading of false information. Blaha regularly claims that Čaputová is a traitor, an agent of foreign powers, and is controlled by the US. The court emphasizes that the ruling is in line with EU jurisprudence. "I believe that this verdict will help our political culture," Čaputová responded.
