Courts allowed debt restructuring of Arca Capital Slovakia

The Bratislava I District Court has allowed the debt restructuring of Arca Capital Slovakia, Trend weekly sources say. Creditors now have 30 days to register their claims. They apparently include some well-known businessmen as well as the relatives of politicians. If creditors do not back the restructuring plan, this umbrella company of the Arca Capital group may go bankrupt. The group owes over €700m.
