Coalition still working on reform plan
The later Slovakia sends its reform plan to the EU, the later Brussels will send the money from its Economic Recovery Plan, points out Michal Šimečka, European Parliament member for PS. Countries such as Czechia, Italy, France, Croatia and Romania have already finalized their reform plans and are only ironing out technical details. The Finance Ministry responded that quality is what counts when it comes to reforms. It submitted its reform draft in October, but the coalition parties are yet to agree on a common reform agenda. They emphasize, though, that there are very few contentious issues. They have already agreed on green investments into transport, buildings, hospitals and schools, fighting corruption and new eGovernment services.
