CloudTalk landed €6m investment

Slovak startup CloudTalk (Martin Malych and Viktor Vanek), which provides cloud-based solutions for call centers, raised €6m from Dutch fund HenQ and Germany’s Point Nine Capital. Back in 2019 it landed €1.3m in seed capital from Czech Presto Ventures. During the pandemic, demand for its solutions has soared. CloudTalk plans to invest in artificial intelligence-based solutions and hire 50 people in its offices in Bratislava and Prague. Currently, it employs 60.
