Bratislava restricts billboards and gambling

Bratislava councilors approved changes in the city zoning plan to tighten the regulation of billboards and other outdoor advertising, adapt to climate change, create new space for waste disposal and build a new tram line in the Mlynské Nivy neighborhood. Outdoor advertising must not obstruct the view of the city and the city skyline. The city has still not agreed on a tram route with the Culture Ministry, which owns land in that area.
