Besides Ján Sabol, owners of Envien Group include Hungarian oligarchs

Owners of Envien Group included or still include people close to Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán and oil refiner Mol. Slovnaft, owned by Mol, initially had a 25% stake. The current ownership structure is clouded by companies registered in Malta or Singapore. In addition to Ján Sabol and his managers Robert Spišiak and Štefan Tóth, it also includes one of the richest Hungarians, György Nagy. Oszkár Világi is not officially among the owners. László Gyurovszky has also appeared among the owners in the past.

Envien Group, which owns biofuel producers and traders in seven European countries, has annual sales of around €1bn.
