Avia Solutions acquired the Slovak charter airline AirExplore
Ireland’s Avia Solutions acquired the Slovak charter airline AirExplore. The latter, which was founded by Martin Štulajter, operates ten Boeing 737 aircraft (eight passenger and two freighters) and ran into financial problems during the pandemic. After the acquisition, Avia Solutions has 180 planes. AirExplore reported €33.2m in sales in 2021 and €54.5m back in 2019.
