Arca to repay just 11% of debts

Insolvent Arca Investments has assets of €107m, according to an official appraisal by Equity Solutions Appraisals. Its creditors claim secured and unsecured receivables of €946m. Some creditors question the appraisal, saying that the company’s stakes in other companies may increase in value. The main assets include staffing agency Manuvia, Gothal resort, lender Silverside, as well as real estate projects in Prague and Bratislava.
