Arca Capital Slovakia creditor committee approved debt restructuring proposal

A Creditor Committee of insolvent Arca Capital Slovakia has approved a debt restructuring proposal according to which the company is to repay 73% of its debts within five years. Its previous plan offered 67% and the Committee rejected it. Smaller creditors unsuccessfully asked for the repayment of 95-100% of debts. In 30 days, all creditors will vote on the plan.
