Apartments in Vydrica for €11,500 per sqm

Developer Lucron is selling apartments in the first phase of the Vydrica project under the Bratislava Castle for €6,800-11,500 per sqm. When launching sale in 2019, the prices were €6-8,000. Of the 207 first phase apartments, 60% have already been sold. They are to be completed in 2024.

Other most expensive projects in Bratislava include Zwirn (€6,000) and Hausberg (€9,700).
