Apartment prices in Slovakia started to grow

Apartment prices in Slovakia started to increase in the first quarter, after falling for 18 months, data from the nehnutelnosti.sk portal show. The prices of 2-room units are picking up more, as they started to fall sooner. In Košice they rose by 4-10% quarter-on-quarter, in Trnava by 7%, and in Nitra by 5%. The portal expects an acceleration of price growth after the ECB interest rate cut in June.
