All sellers will be required to accept cashless payments from January 2026, under the new Sales Records Act submitted by the Finance Ministry for public comment. Sellers will choose the payment method, including options like QR code transactions without a bank terminal. All sales will be logged via the eKasa system. A software-based cash register will be introduced.
