56% of Slovak employees feel undervalued at work

Fully 56% of Slovak employees feel undervalued at work, a profesia.sk survey shows. Even the resumption of real wage growth did not increase employee satisfaction. Satisfaction grew mainly among managers and, on the contrary, significantly decreased among manual workers and in services and retail. 46% feel that they are paid less than is usual for a given job.
