SNS-installed management of Lesy SR was systematically demanding bribes

The police assume the previous SNS-installed management of the state-run forestry firm, Lesy SR, was systematically taking bribes for wood delivery contracts. Two wood processors blew the whistle, and the police were able to press charges against Tomáš Klouček, ex-business manager, and Lucia Ďurská, owner of the Interkorp wood processor. Ďurská collected the bribes from other wood processors. Shortly before the general election, Lesy SR signed several suspiciously large wood delivery contracts for low prices with small wood traders.
