The coalition agreed on conditions to help stores and restaurants with rents. The state will reimburse the same share of rent as landlords will forgive. The stores will pay the remainder, if any, over four years. The government hopes the stores and landlords will agree on a 50:50 model; i.e., stores won’t have to pay anything.
