Jobs where women earn more
The average male salary in Bratislava comes to €1,882 and female to €1,407, according to data of platy.sk. The gap stems from the career break due to maternity leave and preference for lower-paid positions. Platy.sk identified 43 positions where women earn more than men. Senior statistician has the biggest gap (€1,983 vs €1,621), followed by relations manager (€2,374 vs €2,023) and CRM specialist (€1,811 vs €1,560).
