Prima banka the first bank in the CEE region to issue bonds with a negative yield

Prima banka, owned by Penta, is the first bank in the CEE region to issue collateralized bonds with a negative yield. Its 7-year issue totaling €500m has a yield of -0.096%. Scandinavian banks sold bonds with a negative issue this summer. The issue was managed by Commerzbank, DZ BANK and LBBW.
SLSP has recently sold 7-year bonds worth €500m with a yield of 0.221%, Tatra banka 7-year bonds totaling €250m with a yield 0.16% and VÚB 10-year bonds totaling €1bn with a yield of 0.57%.
