Arca takes over Axasoft

Arca (Rastislav Velič) is buying the remaining shares in IT firm Axasoft that is strong in the public sector. So far, it owns 19% and Ján Strelka and Magdaléna Bujnová own the rest of the shares. The anti-trust authority PMÚ is reviewing the deal. Last year, Axasoft broke even and its sales were down 2% to €16.2m. Previously, it was named Columbex International and was owned by Michal Lazar, Alexej Beljajev and Peter Lukeš.
