Dominika Cibulková moves to Dubai to cut tax bill

Slovak tennis player Dominika Cibulková changed her tax residence to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She explained the move by the high Slovak taxes; namely, 25% income tax and 14% health levy. The same reason led the best-paid cyclist in the world Peter Sagan to move to Monaco.
