Slovintegra Energy for sale

Investors led by Slavomír Hatina are allegedly selling Slovintegra Energy, which supplies power and heat to 34,000 inhabitants in Levice. Price for the gas-powered 86 MW power plant is estimated at €118m. The seller is advised by Patria Corporate Finance. Hatina declined to comment on the information.

Back in 2011 Slovintegra, owned by former shareholders in Slovnaft, agreed to sell all its assets by the end of this year. Hatina is investing the proceeds into his Biatec Group.

In 2016, Slovintegra Energy improved its net profit 158% to €5.3m, and its sales stagnated at €40.9m.
