New offices in Bratislava

Some 31,000 sqm of new offices were added in the third quarter in Bratislava, in two projects, the Panorama Business II and Zuckermandel Hill Side (both J&T Real Estate), reported the Bratislava Research Forum. The total office area in Bratislava rose to 1.71m sqm. By the end of this year, 10,500 sqm of new offices will be completed, in Green Cube (next to the presidential palace) and Stein2Offices (on Krížna Street). The office vacancy rate fell from 6.9% to 6.4% in 3Q.
