Slovak startup Vectary (Michal Koor and Pavol Soviš), which develops software for 3D modeling, landed a $7.3m investment from Swedish venture capital fund EQT Ventures. Some of the funding came from Germany’s BlueYard Capital, which invested $2.5m back in 2016. This initial investment allowed the company to move first to New York and later to San Francisco. Its clients include over a thousand digital agencies. The pandemic has driven up the demand for its 3D modeling solutions, as many activities have moved online.
