Trenčín region VÚC to call tenders to lease hospitals in Bojnice, Považská Bystrica and Myjava

The Trenčín region VÚC closed negotiations with Agel on a lease of the Bojnice hospital with no results, without disclosing reasons. It said that Agel may bid in a tender for the operation of the hospital, which it intends to call soon. A petition against the hospital’s lease was signed by 3,184 locals. The VÚC also wants to call a tender for the lease of hospitals in Považská Bystrica and Myjava. It wants to find a qualified manager for all three hospitals for 3-5 years. If it proves successful, it will be given an option to lease the hospitals.
