South Korean Wia to invest €58m in Žilina

The Ministry proposed a €6.4m incentive (income tax break) for a €58.2m investment of Wia Slovakia (part of the Hyundai group) in a new plant for the production of drive shafts for electric vehicles in CTPark Žilina Airport. The company plans to create 230 new jobs by 2029, with production starting in 2025. The plant will also include a product development center with seven engineers.
