Slovenská konsolidačná uses artificial intelligence

Slovenská konsolidačná, a state collection agency, posted a €2.2m profit in 2021 and even a €4.3m profit last year. The previous management forecast a €1.7m loss for 2022. The new management attributes the improvement to a new call center, organizational changes and cost cutting, as well as a new system developed in cooperation with the Kempelen Institute of Intelligent Technologies. It improved the debt collection process with the help of artificial intelligence, prioritizing claims based on expected recovery rate and setting the optimal method of recovery.
