Roman Vavrík owns 22% in Swan
Roman Vavrík was inputted as the owner of a 22% stake in telecoms operator Swan (4ka brand) in December 2021. The company had €90m sales and €170m assets last year. In the past, Vavrík served as an MP for the SDKÚ party and was linked to corruption; he has been out of politics for 15 years now. A few years ago, his son Roman Vavrík Jr. served as Swan’s CEO. He explained their family firm had invested in Swan Mobile in the past. In 2018, Avant, a fund with links to Norbert Bödör, had a 30% stake in Swan Mobile.
