Petergáč, Mokrý, and Kotuliak are moving their IT companies, Datalan and Softip, under Synteca

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing  a deal in which Štefan Petergáč, Juraj Mokrý, and Peter Kotuliak are transferring their large IT companies, Datalan and Softip, under Synteca, which they also own. Softip had revenues of €18m last year and Datalan €28m. They also want to partially include their other IT company, Alanata, under Synteca.
