Patrik Tkáč is moving his part of his joint investments with Daniel Křetínský into J&T Capital Partners. The company is wholly owned by Tkáč and will mainly own a 44% stake in EPH (energy); 44% in EP Equity Investment (minority stakes in Royal Mail, Foot Locker, Sainsbury and PostNL); 44% in EP Global Commerce (40% stake in Metro AG); 44% in EC Investments (a minority stake in Mall Group); 40% in Czech Media Invest (Czech dailies and radio stations, French daily Le Monde and Elle magazine); 44% in ACS 1893 Holding (football club Sparta Praha); and 25% in Spanish retail chains Cecosa, Supermercados, and Caprabo. The company will also assume debts. The move will clarify the ownership structure and simplify the financing of investment opportunities.
