Medline, a US-based manufacturer of medical supplies, will increase by half the size of the new plant it is building in Partizánske. It will therefore delay its production launch by six months to April 2022. It will move production into the new €26m plant from its existing facility in Bánovce nad Bebravou, and will add 300 workers to its current staff of 200. The current plant posted a 16% increase in net profit to €1.1m last year and its sales rose 7% to €28.6m.
