Luigi's Box acquired Czech competitor Persoo

Luigi's Box (Gejza Nagy), a fast-growing Slovak tech company that develops product search solutions for online stores, acquired Czech competitor Persoo at the end of last year. The multi-million euro acquisition will consolidate its position as a leader on the Slovak and Czech markets and the aim is to expand abroad. Its clients include Alza, Acer, Electro World, and O2, and its investors include Presto Venture and Lighthouse Ventures.
