Lugera to acquire a stake in Adecco
Dutch-Slovak staffing agency Lugera received the anti-trust authority PMÚ’s approval for acquiring a stake in the staffing agencies of Swiss Adecco in Slovakia, Denmark, and Croatia. Its ownership stake has not been disclosed, and Adecco remains as co-owner. Adecco and Lugera are numbers 5 and 6 on the Slovak market. In 2019, Adecco had €17.5m sales in Slovakia and Lugera had €3.3m sales here last year.
