Lipšic, Penta and Dentons
When Daniel Lipšic joined the international law firm Dentons in 2016 as a partner, he settled all his cases with the Penta group. Penta had previously filed "quite a number" of lawsuits and criminal charges against him, mostly related to his service as interior minister. Thus, without the consent of Penta partner Jaroslav Haščák, Lipšic would not have been able to work at Dentons. At that time, Penta accounted for tens of percents of Slovak Dentons revenue. The information was divulged by Lipšic, Minister Tomáš Taraba, and Haščák's lawyers.
