J&T Finance Group has new shareholders

J&T Finance Group managers Štěpán Ašer and Igor Kováč have each gotten a 4.95% stake in the group, which serves as an umbrella for J&T's banking and financial activities, mainly the Czech J&T Banka and the Slovak 365.bank. Ivan Jakabovič's stake is reduced from 45.05% to 35.15%, while that of the Tkáč family remains unchanged (45.05%). Ašer is the CEO of J&T Banka and Kováč is the CFO of JTFG. The group’s net profit dropped 13% last year to €163m due to the creation of provisions after the exit from Russia. Assets topped €14.6bn.
