Ján Kasper expands his car dealership chain

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, okayed a deal in which Soria (Ján Kasper) acquired Toyota and Lexus cars dealer PPC Team plus (Ján Petráš and Juraj Petráš). Soria already owns car dealers Autopolis (brands Hyundai and Ford), Anracar (Nissan) and Auto BNP (Seat and Cupra). Last year, PPC Team plus managed to increase its net profit 32% to €0.5m and its sales rose 27% to €29m.
