Franke expands in Strečno

Swiss firm Franke, among the world’s largest kitchen sink makers, plans to invest €4m into doubling the capacity of its plant in Strečno to 2.3m sinks annually. Four years ago, it quadrupled its capacity, driving annual sales to €40m. Now, the sales are to top €80m. The plant’s workforce will grow by 100 to 480.
