Envien (Ján Sabol) is setting up a bioethanol joint venture in India

Envien (Ján Sabol) is setting up a bioethanol joint venture in India, with domestic firm Zuari Industries as a partner. It will process rice waste and supply the end product to Indian fuel producers. The plant will employ 2,000 people when completed in 2024. In addition to Slovakia, Envien already has production plants in Croatia, Czechia, Hungary and Poland.
