Andrej Zaťko, CEO of 365.banka, acquired a 9.9% stake in the bank, while J&T Finance Group's stake fell to 88.6%. It is common in the J&T group for managers to acquire ownership stakes, but it is not common in Slovak banks. Zaťko joined the management of 365.banka in 2015, two years after J&T became a shareholder. Under his leadership, the bank has undergone a rejuvenation of its clientele, a reduction of its corporate loan portfolio, and a rebranding from Poštová banka to 365.bank.
