Andrej Juris is new head of utilities regulator ÚRSO
The government appointed Andrej Juris as the new head of utilities regulator ÚRSO. He came up second in the selection committee’s ranking, but Economy Minister Richard Sulík says it is important the new head is not under the influence of large energy players. He would not disclose the top candidate’s name. ÚRSO will strive to cut distribution and other fees and hence energy prices for companies and individuals.
