Mobile phone app instead of quarantining in state facilities

The government approved legislation allowing people to use a mobile phone app instead of quarantining in state facilities. People returning from abroad or having been in contact with Covid-19 will be allowed to quarantine at home if they agree to using a special monitoring app.
